Re: Server Relocated...
Seems it had got worse. We was told today after 4 to 5 days of nothing from them that the PSU Fan in the Rack Server had failed, whether this was true we do not know, all I can say is we were both rather pissed off with the lack of support and slight rudeness of them when asked what's happening. Goo...

Server Relocated...
Hello All
Sorry for the downtime, the Rack Server was relocated and I wasn't told that this was going to happen until it was underway.
Hopefully it should all be back up.

Re: Problem with 0.663 create_universe_php
Please don't set the sector size within Create Universe, you need to set it in the config.php file. Look for $sector_max and change it from 1000 to the size that you want. This will work. Also the 1000 - 999 issue is a bug to do with the loops not working right. *** Update *** Missed what you said a...

Re: Problem with 0.663 create_universe_php
Can you try the default settings for Create Universe. It seems to me by looking at the information that you provided that your trying to insert too many ports into the universe. For a universe size of 1,000 Sectors its best practice to have the following Port Types: 10 Special Ports (1 %) [set to 1]...

Changes 01 May 2014
Hello All I have done some little changes to the Traderoute System, you shouldn't really notice any difference if you are following our rules and playing the game as it was intended to be played. The change would be that there is now a small delay when actually doing the traderoute, if your playing ...

Re: Scheduled Game down time...
Ok, this scheduled down time has been put off, due to lack of free time and the huge code change in the Plugin System, all running Plugins will need to be updated and tested which wouldn't fit into the couple of hours allocated. So I will have to code it externally from the game along with copies of...

Re: Changes in the pipeline.
I think some stuff is seems ok like I like how Composer works with the auto-loading of files and the ease of adding new packages to the list, the only issue that I do have is the overhead some of the composer packages have, I mean we may only require a small package to replace a small chuck of our ...

Scheduled Game down time...
Hello All Just letting you all know that the game "may" be down for a couple of hours some time over the weekend or maybe some time next week for code changes to the Plugin System. Basically I plan to put generic code from the plugins and put them into the Plugin System reducing file and m...

Re: We are back online...
Yeah, taken me ages to get the forums set right, still not fully right but getting there. When I was told that all the databases files was broken, I was ready to just give up on it all, but thought nope one more go at it. To be honest I was rather lucky, I only lost the database, somebody lost their...

Changes in the pipeline.
Hello All Due to all the issues resulting from the Server Update it has made me look into the code and how it is currently working and how it should be working. I think some stuff is seems ok like I like how Composer works with the auto-loading of files and the ease of adding new packages to the lis...
