It seemed to of updated the database to one version and the files to another.
So redone the update and all went correctly this time.

Also added reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible so hopefully all is good once again.

Then on March 30th we had a little set back when working on Create Universe the Datacentre hosting our Rack Server lost its network connection resulting in me loosing load...
