Ok, I thought it was about time I added the Cookie Consent EU Compliancy.
Not every section has it, only the offline page and the forums have it so far.
As far as I can see it creates a cookie that lasts for a year.

So I am now unsure, but if its no longer needed why keep updating the service using their bandwidth and their cost, it wouldn't make sense.
As for on here, I only needed to add a few lines of code to add the settings of the style of the popup and the including of the JS file, so all in all 3 to 4 lines, so yeah, it wasn't that hard to add.
